Over the course of several months, the Transformations group worked to create a fantasy city exhibition. This included a giant lenticular structure, creative booths, model buildings, and much more. Some participants had the chance to create sound and other audio to accompany the visuals. The group helped deliver the final exhibition as part of the 2023 Godiva Festival.

Imagine your ideal city. What would it look like? How would it function? Those were the questions posed to the Transformations group. Working towards Godiva 2023, the group began creating cardboard models and other artwork to demonstrate how their ideal cities would look. The work so far was showcased at an exhibition at the Daimler Powerhouse.

An end of the year party at the Daimler Powerhouse, this event gave Imagineer and its collaborators a chance to reflect and celebrate the many achievements of 2022. The Transformations group had the opportunity to complete and show off various pieces of work from the past twelve months. A fitting end to a productive and eventful year.

Something from Nothing Exhibition

What can you create from nothing? With a blank slate and all the resources of Daimler at their disposal, the group was able to test the limits of their imagination. From digital artwork, to DJ sets, to immersive experiences, this project really let creativity run wild. The completed work was displayed to the public at Daimler as part of a three day open house.
